As much as I hate to admit this, they are a legitimate company and are not trying to scam people - but the way in which they handle these matters is appalling. I don't see their practices as being effective for their business customers. I don't know if they buy the debt and chase the funds themselves or if they simply try to recover the money for their business customers - but in any case they are still pathetic and I would advise others to investigate the matter further themselves.
