today is Dec.23 2009 this phone number is on a Foreclosure from Bank of America , they chose this title company I called to get an address, its always busy, how in the hell do i get the address for this office? Who is LND title? Where is this location ? If anybody works here talk to your boss , tell him you need a real phone number where clients can get a hold of your office. How do you do business? who knows.
This number is listed as the closing agent with the name LND Title. It is always busy. We tried desperately to contact them regarding the purchase of a foreclosed home in Memphis, TN. Our attorney had the line checked and there is no conversation going on. Evidently they have so much foreclosure business they don't want to be bothered. After great lengths, 2 emails and phone calls from the attorney, lender and buyers agent finally got a number from the listing agent with a contact. What rubbish
