Who called from 2142004023

Received a call from this number.  Caller ID said that it was "Texas".  Since it is a 214 number, it's somewhere in the Dallas metroplex.
Recorded message saying that I had been approved for a small business loan for up to $250,000.

I'm sure they are just phishing for your personal information to get their own loans in your name.

Sure....only a couple problems.  1) I don't have a small business.  2) I'm unemployed.  3) I can't pay it back.

Wonder if they'll give it to me anyway?

Scam.  I did not answer.  They left no message.  How rude!  I blocked the number; you should, too.

Call allegedly from this number blocked by my cell phone app because the number is not in my contact list.
