This is a debt collection company, trying to collect on old debt. In my case, the debt that is now 14 years old, and was discharged in bankruptcy. They will try the we are going to file suit, we are going to garnish you wages (illegal in Texas), we are going to attach your account, yada yada yada.
Anytime I start to ask them questions about their location, or what the companies name is that they are working under, so I can sue for harassing collections calls on a debt that has been discharged in bankruptcy, they hang up.
I received a call from 214-200-9128 leaving a message that stand I needed to call 877-334-5228 becuase my name came up in a report with my SS# and if I did not call them back they would take action against me. They did not leave any names of company identification.

They state they are called Arbitrary Mediation and they will serve you for old debts (normally invalid and bogus, trying to scare you into paying something). They state address is 1000 N West Street, Suite 1200, Wilmington, DE 19801. I spoke to a Shaie Giles calling from Dallas. GIVE THEM NO INFO, TELL THEM TO SERVE YOU OR MAIL YOU A CLAIM. THEY WILL NOT.
Added info. They are not a true debt collector. They are simply looking at old reports trying to scam you out of money. They have NO Legal claim. AGAIN, DO NOT VERIFY PERSONAL INFO.
I got tired of them calling me, it was 4 to 7 times a week same message. I live in TX and filed complain with the TX Attorney General. When I told them I filed that complaint and wanted to file one with US Attorney, they told me I could file a complaint at 800 GO F### YOURSELF. None the less, I called them back 10 times in one day, they cussed me, threatened me and harassed me. I waited 4 hours called again, gave them my phone number, the girl that answered said we closed your case as bankruptcy and closed your account. You should not receive any more calls after 24 or 48 hours. Not sure if my complaint, legal threats bothered them. MY GUESS Is by wasting their time like they were me, they gave up on me. PLEASE NOTE: In my many calls, I offered to pay on one (not that I would just wanted an address), they would only take CC over the phone and refused to send me any documentation or provide me a remit to address. THIS PROVES THEY ARE SCAMMING ANY OLD DEBT (possibly resolved or bogus or former bankruptcy) and trying to sucker you out of money. In my case, I never filed bankruptcy, had some collections in the past but resolved them all. Hopefully this strategy helps you too.
