I am so sorry I failed to check this blog out earlier, My company placed a 42K collectinwith the and got paid a total of 10K, they collected the whole amount from my customer, Now I have been told they are in bankruptcy, I think that is B.S. as well, anyone else getting the same story or is this simply anonther delay tactic?

THESE guys are a bunch of thugs and bums and are very rude.... they are all bark no bite....they use scare tactics and make harassing calls, to your employees and family and friends... don't let them scare your report them to your BBB and your attorney general office.
This is a collection agency named Ranger Financial Services in Richardson TX. They use terrible threatning tactics, are rude, they try their best to scare you and make you pay what you owe immediately. They will not work with you and they threaten to send the police to your home or business to collect the money. They are an unethical collection agency. They use the name Ranger because they are in Texas and think they are the best collectors.
