This number called my house...sat there silent, then hung up. Upon review, I see it is an escort with ads all over town. Called number back, but she must have blocked our number.
I also received a call from "cell phone - TX" at 214-213-5168. The caller sat there and did not say anything. I repeated "hello?" several times and then hung up. I called the number back but got a recording that the "number is not a working number."
picked up the phone said hello, nobody replied, no noise of any kind on the line, robot call? some of the debt collection agencies have autodialers. If they answer when you call back and the properly identify themselves, you (COURTEOUSLY) can request that they remove your number from the autodialers and mark your information as "do not call again or I will file a police report of harassment". that will take care of the robot calls. For the rest we just have to keep posting these notices....
This number has called my home several times within the last 2 weeks. Never says anything, and of course, upon calling back, it says it is not a working number, so we must be blocked. Like the comments as stated above, it is apparently some fat [***] escort in the D/FW area. She's hitting up the wrong place!
