The callers are the drug-addicted "card services" scammers, who call us, pretending to be associated with our credit card companies, in an attempt to fool us into giving them our credit card numbers, so they can rip us off. People that have given their card numbers to these junkies have suffered severe financial losses. Beware of these lowlifes, and warn others, before they are cheated!
I am constantly getting calls from "Rachel from Cardholders." No matter how many times I ask to have my name removed from their automated calling service, they still call. I actually spoke to a live person once who arrogantly said do you really think you can do anything to stop us from calling...we'll just switch to another number. So now I get calls from different numbers and if I answer, it's always "Rachel from Cardholdlers." Interesting she changed the message now to only one option which is Press 1 to get an Operator for low rates, etc. When I pressed 1, I got a live person and I said I am calling about these automated calls that I am constantly receiving and he cut me off and hung up. In the past, there used to be another option to press to remove your name from the list (even though it didn't work), but now there is no other option except 1 for the Operator. The phone companies need to do their job and catch these harassing phone calls.
