Received phone call reportedly from DEA agents Quentin Vega and Richard Fisher, Narcotics Unit #78, Agent ID# RS13376 stating that a warrant would be issued for my arrest for purchasing diet pills from an online pharmacy over 8 years ago. I could keep from being arrested if I entered the Defendant Early Release Program and went to the Federal Court House in Dallas to meet US Marshals and pay a $2,500 fine. The fine had to be in cash. The next phone call I received said the money would need to be wired from a Walmart - yeah right! BEWARE!!!! This is a huge scam - report it to the Metro Washington Field Office of the FDA at 1-800-521-5783!
EXACTLY the same thing happened to me as with Mrs, E only he wanted 3500,00 and I could pay it in two installments. He stated it was because of an online medication purchase I made 10 years ago. Same thing, same name, Quentin Vega. Reported it to the Police Department. This is bigger than a huge scam !!!!! Report this guy immediately. How can this guy continually be allowed to do this ? The number can be traced right to his front door.
This number is probably a scam; caller will state he is with DEA and state that you purchased drugs illegally on-line. They will threaten to arrest you unless you send them the fine.
