It is a collection company called Hunter Warfield.

Call lasted 17 seconds.  I picked up, said "Hello" a couple times, then they hung up without saying anything.  Didn't that used to constitute a threat?  Someone has associated it with Hunter Warfield.

I received two calls from this number today. Both times I have said, "hello." There was no response either time...
