as far as I can tell it's a cell number down in Texas. The guys calls up, says he works for the Treasury and that you're going to get some money you just western union him money, just don't call up the trausry because then you'll have to pay 'extra taxes'

Received a call from a guy named "Jack" who said i was chosen to receive a grant from the govt b/c i had not filed banko in the last 6 months. Said that it was 7000.00 and all i had to do was call his supervisor in Washington named Amy Gomez at 2025808451 and give him the cash code that he gave to me and they would send me my money......i am sure it is but i have to ask.... is this a scam?
Same here, didn't have to ask if it was a scam but they kinda hung up quick when I told them I was heading down to texas to 'talk' to them. I did a reverse number look up, it's a cell in TX.
got another call today from that number, when trying to call back the mailbox is full
