Left message talking about a pending legal matter to be served in Cook County IL.  They are calling from Tx.  Scammers.  I get these calls each month and it is a new one each time.  They never send anything so I have been told to block their number, DO NOT SENT THEM ANY MONEY OR CALL THEM BACK by authorities.
