I answered. A male with slight foreign accent replied. Said he was from (not sure about this) The Lighthouse ?????? calling about my phone service. Asked if I was in ....... and I said yes. Then he asked my first and last name. In the background I could here noises of the place/area of the call like maybe a call center. But the minute he asked who I was, I told him if he didn't know, he didn't need to know and I hung up. The call overall made me feel "uncomfortable".

I am on the National Do Not Call List...if this was a telemarketer I will report the number the next time it contacts me.
Called me at home and on cell then at home again. Did not answer, but message left on home phone was just background noise (like a call center). No voice.
