Received a phone call from 214 257 0360 today regarding a job opening.  Caller was a man named Sri (prounced "shree") working for Novel Team.

I think they're just headhunters, though why they called (looking for my partner, who is an experienced computer geek) is a mystery, since Partner's not on the job market and hasn't floated a resume for at least three years.  Where did they find his number?  It's not online.

Sri's Novel Team phone number tracks back to Dallas, Texas.

I received the following email from someone with the number in their signature. I seems fishy because the from and to fields are both the same.
novel-team.com is also not the address of a recruiting company.

However at the following address:
http://www.novelteam.com/Novel%20Team%20Contacts.html

The address clearly matches the address in the email. So the person calling is probably a recruiter.
