A guy named Tod Holts called us today. April 9, 2010. He said he was from International Aquision Group. And like everyone else he said he has buyer interest of firms similiar to ours in our area and to call him back. 214-257-7654. Sounds like a snake to me.
Hi, I've received a few calls from my clients that are listed on MLS. They have received calls from this guy as well. It would stupid to list with a guy in Texas that says he may have a Buyer for your property. It rings an alarm bell for me!
