Received a call on my cell phone from this number.  A computer-generator voice said that the call was "from *something indecipherable* bank, your Visa debit card has been discontinued because of what appear to be fraudulent charges.  please press 1 to be transferred to a security specialist."  As I don't have a Visa debit card - and none of my banks has my cellphone number - I figure this was a phishing attempt to get information from me.  I hung up.
