The company is Loss Mitigation. I stayed on the line and the automated system said I could press 3 to be removed from the call list. I tried pushing 9 and it just kept repeating the automated message. So I pushed 1 to talk to a rep. When connected, I asked to be removed. She said she would try and started to end the call. I interrupted and asked that I be transferred to someone that could definitely remove me. She said "I'll try and transfer you." and hung up on me.
