I think this is a set up number. Where individuals call to confirm who you are and can track your location. Im cautious about this.

Called my cell.  Called back. Do not identify themselves.

called my cell phone and when I answered they hung up.  I have heard of this happening so that you call the number back and then they charge you outrageous amounts of money.
