it's a telemarketing company contracted by Verizon Wireless. I just talked to Verizon, and they refuse to block the number from my landline phone.

called my cell phone - says he is Richard Morgan from Bankers Life Insurance Company - he found my resume on one of the job boards (either Monster or CareerBuilder) - why is it that pretty much all insurance companies think all resumes are a "good fit" for their business when I'm looking for a web developer position - not insurance sales - doh
