received a call today at my job and the person stated that his name was officer mathew rogers and that he had important legal matters. he has a heavy accent and is very rude. when I asked why was the call about he simply stated that I owed money but could not tell me who or what company... this person is a scammer and he and his company need to be stopped. they should not call a persons job and tell who answers the phone that they have important legal matters to discuss..
