I receive many calls from this number, at all hours, over days and weeks. I have ignored the call AND have actually answered the call. Ignoring the call does not result in a message. When I answer, no one is there -- even waiting for someone to answer does not work. My number is also on the 'do not call' list. What is to be done?

Called every day for last 3 days. I do not answer unidentified calls and my outgoing message says so and to leave a message.
Most likely new scam.
Scam/spam calls have been low for 2-3 weeks until first week of this month. Now getting several per day from different numbers.. guess they have a schedule.
