What if you moved to a different state, but you weren't the one who signed the contract, I have no clue what's even on the contract, never seen it. It was my fathers car and he passed away, Chrysler told me I could keep car and just continue making payments, I have since moved to a different state. I'm making a payment tomorrow for two months, behind three as of yesterday. I'm only 21, wasn't expecting this extra bill, I get behind, but always catch it back up. Could I get in trouble legally for this?
A person representing herself as "investigator Simpson" left a message on my answering machine....She stated that I had entered their investigation and to call this number along with a phone extension 331. She requested I should reference a case file no#. and to please call back. I later found out that they are a mediation/Investigation company hired mostly by insurance companies to investigate insurance claims.
