Wish I knew, I keep getting calls too.  No message.

Some scam about a $250,000 business loan.

Man with heavy Indian accent. Too much background noise.

1 to 2 calls a day for weeks. It is blocked on my cell. They called, it rang once I answered but they had already hung up. So I blocked them as a verification robot call.

As soon as I answer,they hang up. They're really annoying.
