Hi Me, Netspend is a prepaid debit card company. They send out Visa debit cards with your name already on it and you are supposed to deposit money into the card using a greendot card purchased at a convenience store. I got one a while ago and never used it but they never texted me and told me they deactivated the account. Must be some sort of telemarketing scam to try to get you to call and they try to sell you on their "product". Hope this helps...
