These are IT outsourcing business offers, coming from people with a heavy Indian accent.  They have called me once before.  I believe that they have somehow got access to a database of old business names and numbers (about 6 years old) from GoDaddy.com or directly off the internet.  They referenced an old business name that I had only used on the internet.  This could be a voice over IP number (Skype).
