"Carrie Shaw" left a message threatening legal action if matter not resolved, but didn't specify what the issue was. Claimed to be from Department of Investigations. I called back from a blocked number and she refused to tell me the office she's affiliated with because I wouldn't tell her my name. She hung up on me. I called back and it just goes to a generic answering machine.
