sells call without an opt out option, and you can only leave a msg when you press the button to speak with an operator...i am getting these calls at my place of business and needs to know how to stop them

Morning of June 18, 09.  Watching call traffic on our office PBX and about 30 calls from this number to our extension ranges, some of which we haven't used in a couple of years.  So they are definitely using an auto dialer with an old contact list or just randomly dialing until it hits a good number.

Just received a call from this number just now on my office phone. Received one yesterday on our conference room phone as well.

No company name, just a recorded message with the request to press 1 now.

Not impressed.

Get many calls from this number.  Miller, J shows up on my id and voice mail state they will be in the area to do inspection.

Received 2 calls 4 minutes apart.  When we answered just static on the other end of the line.
