...this is a boiler room operation out of Dallas, TX...they phone then don't say anything or leave a message unless they ask for someone by name. If you answer their call, you have just varified to them that your number is "good" and they sell your number to other "scam artist"...If they do get your name then they will be phoning you from several different numbers and "bug [***]" you to death.
...If you have unlimited phone service call their number back and listen to their recording for a few hours...this tends to tie up their system...
