Who called from 2143020411

The recording kept demanding my date of graduation, what educational fields I wanted to go into, and wouldn't give me any information regarding their associations or company name. I'm really curious who they are and why they want that information. Kept on denying that it was a recording to. But was like a soundboard almost. Either highly intelligent program or Controlled by user. Reminded me of ventrilo troll on youtube.

3 minutes of very low background noise. No one speaks

She keeps calling and asking me if I am on Medicare. I tell her No. Then she asks me my height, we ain't and age.

This number called my cell phone.  A lady said "This is Jill".  When I asked her who she was, she hung up immediately.
