I got a call from this number 214-302-6110 at 2:00PM EST on 16 September 2014.  I have caller ID and answering machine.  I don't answer any numbers I don't recognize.  The subject left this message.  This is Microsoft.  Press 1 to speak to a Microsoft engineer.  I knew this was a scam.  Somebody needs to do something about these people.
