A live person comes on line and says the company is "Distressed Homeowners Assist Line". He also said the company is based in the Los Angeles town of Santa Ana, precisely, 3512 North Park Boulevard, Santa Ana, CA. Rep also said that "Horacio Gonzalez" is the office manager. NO SUCH ADDRESS EXISTS ACCORDING TO THE USPS.

It is operating out of a Tustin address, not Santa Ana as represented.
That Tustin address is home of at least one mortgage company.
