This is Fowler gibson. Better known as Mark Blackwell. They claim to be investigators but after carefully researching them I have found out that they are scammers who are taking people for alot of money!! Please be very aware of these individuals.
I keep getting calls from an Investigator Brown telling me I am being investigated for check fraud and that I will be arrested. I get calls like this from multiple area codes. I am scared to NOT pay them but I can't afford to get scammed.
I got the same call saying i was being investigated for check fraud. here's the thing, i do not have checks to commit check fraud. i am going to report them because my number is on the do not call registry.
We have been getting a series of calls from this number, and to people who are closely affiliated. The representative is clearly agitated when we request their business information. Instead they resort to a continuos threat of sending the sheriff to come and make an arrest. To all you people out there, this is clearly a scam. They are trying to exploit, vulnerable people who make decisions on emotion because they hear the threats of sheriffs showing up at your household. So everyone who gets a call from these numbers 214-306-6684 or 888-376-7142 have fun with and tell them you are going to send them 1 million dollars right away in a bottle that you will throw in the ocean for them to collect!!!!
