Received a recorded call from this company saying that the IRS was going to sue me.
This company seems legit, but it has a different phone number.

Total scam.  IRS does not initiated contact iwth taxpayers by phone.  IRS does not file lawsuits.  If legal action is necessary the Department of Justice makes the decision.   But only after a long period of negotiation.   Ignore the calls and block the number.
