woman called speaking extremely fast. could not catch name of company, She asked for benefits department. I told her no one was available right now and may I take a message. She said no she would call back and rudely hung up before I could say anything more. Called her back and told her who I was, that she had just called, rudely hung up, and to not call back. She called back to tell me she did not rudely hang up. I talked right over her and said to not call here again, have a nice day and hung up on her.
