I received a phone call from a guy name eric matthew on my cell phone and work number stating he is calling me on behave of officer jeffrey form 5092142670 stating the i owe money and if i.dont make a payment today he will start the process of the documention and i will never work at my job no more. Ihis threat me by saying he will have to police at my job to pick me up. I told him to do what he had to cause im not sending him no money.
Called stating I was being sued. Asked questions to provoke me to provide personal information. When I stated I did not owe money they said there was a mistake and they needed to email me a form to fill out. I received the form via email (sent from a gmail address) no company name. The for requested all my banking and credit card info and the email also asked me to submit a cop of my ID. This is a scam. I also received a call from a different number stating the same thing not sure if they are working together or I am lucky enough to have this happen twice at the same time.
these people keep calling me telling me im being sued over money i do not owe an they want all my banking info so they can start taking money that i dont owe it is a scam do not give them any info on you at all.
This numbering is calling stating that i am being charged with theft of deception and that i owe a payday company and asking how i would like to resolve this matter through them or go to court. They called me from another number also but they are using all different companies names. it is a scam....
