Got calls at work from a Sean Manning (Indian man with very strong accent) claiming a lawsuit was filed against my name and social security number. He had lots of info on me (which I am assuming he hacked from an online application I did fill out for a payday loan, however it was not from the company I eventually got out of him).
He told me that I had taken out a loan and owed $898.36 to Payday2Go but he could help me out and keep my case file from going to court which would result in me having a warrant issued for my arrest if I would fax him a payment authorization form to 206-337-7361 with my debit card number and payment arrangment stated in the fax. He then told me I could Western Union future payments.
I googled the name of Payday2Go to get a number to call and verify that I DID NOT take out a loan with them and saw numerous hits from people with similar stories from guys with different names calling from different numbers.
