Received a phone call from this number from a man telling me that he had a judgment against me and would be garnishing my wages. He asked for last 4 of my SS and I declined. I asked who he was and where he was calling from and he said his name was Joe Jones of a recovery company in Dallas, Tx. I asked him for a case and docket # for this Judgment and when was the hearing scheduled and he said he didn't have one. Asked him when was I served with a claim and he said he didn't know. He got belligerent and asked me when was I going to pay up the money that I used! I asked him to send me evidence of my outstanding debt and judgment so that I could turn it over to my attorney. He started shouting at me and I hung up on him. Outrageous!
This guy calls and claims to be an officer. He restates your SSN and then Wants information and threatens to have you arrested by the Sheriff if you do not comply.
