A Rick Williams from a an unnamed collection agency has been calling for an Deena Figeroa (sp?) who is unknown person to my family. He calls the number for my fax line that I got 4 years ago from Charter Communications and has been leaving threatening messages as well as confidential financial information regarding this unkown person. Says that the number shows in the public record as belonging to this Ms. Figeroa. He has called my wife a liar, he has called me a liar and claims he is certain that we are related to Ms. Figeroa. Not only is he wrong, he is rude and threatens to call every day until we facilitate her resolving her debt.

Rick Williams has also been calling and harassing me. He is also calling old references for the debt and harassing them. Saying that I have an old debt that needs to be paid and wants me to make payment arrangements. He also wouldn't give me an amount or any other information UNLESS I made a payment arrangement. I told him to send me everything in writing and THEN I would be happy to discuss. I'm not about to agree to a debt that I don't even know for sure what it is. I was scammed in the past and lost money so I am very careful. I also learned that there is a statute of limitations in Texas for debt.
