Who called from 2143240976

the phone shows coming from Chase. is it valid?

i rec'd a call on my cell from this number and answered... was a recording saying it was Nancy Sinclair from Check Arbitration Association... something about not reporting something on 1099 and that I must call back immediately.......  and talking about being fraudulent on taxes, etc....  If this was legit - they woulnd't be calling my cell phone nor did they reference me by name and it was a recorded call!!

Exactly the same message and person called my son's cell phone today.  He's never had a job!  This is a scam!

Did you see the caller I'd listing Chase?
