Who called from 2143249711

I believe this is the same info as 214-324-9713.  They keep calling my number (which is a "do not call" listing) and won't leave a message.  I have been unable to answer before voice mail and they hang up, but I do believe they are "selling" like the 9713 listing report.  The line is continually busy therefore I believe they are a solicitor.

Multiple blank calls from this number.  Just go away.  If the answering machine picks up before we get to it, they just hang up.
