Had same call several times..the number conects to Bureau of Collections Recovery real # so they say 952-259-0010. I have reported this to the FTC...and you should as well. They seem to b e a company hired by Chase Bank. Please look up the "Fair Debt Collection Act"..it is a Federal guide for what these people can and cannot do.
After several attempts at pronouncing our business name, the rep asked to speak to the "accounts payable" contact. When asked what was the business in regards to, they refused to give specifics nor to leave a message. They said they will call back?? I believe it's a collections agency.
I have just recently receive calls from this number but because I do not recognize it I have ignored the attempts of contact via my cell phone. I just googled this number:214-329-0872 to see if it was a collector and apparently it is from the other messages on this page.
