Wanted to know who owns this number.

Received a call from this number, but just dead air, hangs up.

Someone called and I called back and it said non working number

This number is calling my cell phone today.. Don't know who they are, didn't leave msg. called back, said non working # am blocking them.

I did as well today.  I didn't answer.  I called it back after work and non working number
