I got a call from this place a couple of days ago. They stated that they were trying to collect a debt and that they needed to be contacted immediately. Apparently, they are a law office that deals with debt collection. They say they have been trying to contact me but this is the first time I've received any type of form for collection. I never got a letter or a phone call until now. They are working with Columbus Bank and Trust, I think that's who powers the credit cards for Orchard Bank and First Financial Bank. The sad thing is I don't recall ever having one of those cards or even getting a bill if I did have one.

Please watch out for these nutcases!!!! They are rude and they were not even calling for me. I called back to ask for an address to file a formal complaint and they would not give it to me saying they don't have to. They are verbally abusive and this mess needs to be stopped. They have harassed me at work several times for someone else's account (who left the University last year!!!). I am sick and tired of these little punks being rude and thinking they can get away with it!
ive been getting calls from this number trying to collect a debt for my husband. i told them we never recieved a letter and the woman said she would resend it. That was almost six months ago and i never recieved it. ive been getting calls at all hours of the day and when i finally was able to answer they were Extremely verbally abusive. the manager was most of all. i told him i have no problem paying but i want the document because i dont just give out my account information. he said its not his problem. we told him we would have money within the next week or so and we would give him a call and he said he didnt want to talk to us again. im trying to pay this off but i want a document in front of me. these people need to be stopped and straightened out if they want a payment.
