They call several times a day. When I pick up the phone I hear a recording telling me to "please continue to hold.". It's bad enough that places put you on hold for so long when you voluntarily call them. But really, now my phone is ringing just to put me on hold immediately when I don't ask them to. And be serious, do they really think you're going to hold when you really have no interest in talking to them in the first place? Not.
