They've called me twice- no message left

They called me 3 times already. I answered once and they asked me about a 5,000 loan. I could not understand what they were saying and they hang up.

I keep getting calls from various #'s when I answer, they immediately hang up then if I call back, I get a message of "Goodbye and thank you for calling" I don't know who or why I'm getting these or what the purpose could be but it's always the same message when I return the call and always a different number that calls me.

I, too, am getting these calls. I posted something on Craigslist so I am thinking it started then.

Irritating.

I also received a call and immediate hang-up once connected...and published via Craigslist.  What smartphone data is being shared when connecting???
