Who called from 2143474448

Called my cell 1x last week and again today. Plays sequence of tones. No voice.

This phone# keeps calling my cell phone every single day of the week. Its very annoying

I got a call from this number but didn't answer, as I did not recognize it. When I called it back, as well as another unrecognized local number, I get "Mailbox ####: _____" and a tone as if from an answering machine.  Most likely, these are telemarketers.

Spamming calls. It would be nice if the donotcall list really functioned right.
