I received a call at 10:05pm last night woke me out of a dead much needed sleep. If we can put a man on the moon, surely there is a way to stop these slugs
Identified himself as "Jason" with 'Card Holder Services'
When I firmly told him to put my number on the in-house do-not-call list 'Jason' responded by telling me that he was going to put my number on the 'call every day' list.
this number calls me every day at least once - there are also 10 other numbers that are the SAME company saying they are 'cardholder services' - it says to press 3 to prevent further calls from the number. i press 3 every time and it hangs up on me. it says to press 1 to speak to a rep - i did it today and said 'take me off of your list, don't call here again' and a jamaican woman told me to not speak to her like that - seriously - and that she will call me double now because of my tone. there is literally no protection from these pigs - HOW DO I GET THIS TO STOP?
I get calls from Card Holder Services all the time, whether this number or another. They give you the option to press 3 if you don't want to receive any more calls. I pressed 1 so I could get a live operator to tell them to buzz off. Pressing 1 put me back on the list, she said. Good thing to know but even pressing a number to get off the list, the calls still come, maybe from another number.
