I am receiving a level of calls from this number that far surpass harassment!  The first few times he called I explained to him that he had the wrong number, but he continued to call.  Now the calls have increased and go on throughout the night and early morning.  This person is obviously not in their right mind and somebody needs to disconnect his service ASAP!
