I received a call from this number at approximately 12:00pm on 03/08/2008.  It was an unknown caller but my cell phone told me that it was from Texas.  Since it is a Saturday, I let the call go to voicemail.  No one left a message.

I am currently in the process of looking for employment, so I called the number back... just in case.  The phone never rang, it simply went straight to a voicemail.  A woman by the name of Jen Davis introduced herself and stated that I was called in response to a resume that I had submitted to one of her contracted employers.  She went on to state that if I waited on the line, it would be a short wait, and that someone would talk to me in regards to clarifying information for my application and to discuss the open position more thoroughly.

I hung up and called the number again.  Same voicemail.  What strikes me as odd is that this Jen Davis never declares her title, or the company she works for... or, for that matter, the name of this unknown contracted employer of hers.  This time, I waited on the line.  In fact, I waited on the line for over 22 minutes.  No one ever picked up.  I hit 0, nothing happened.  I hit #, nothing happened.  I hit *, still, nothing.  After that, I finally hung up.

This is definitely NOT a professional organization.  More than likely, it is a spam caller who is trying to sell something stupid to people of the phone.  My guess is that they get people's numbers off of job websites such as Monster, Careerbuiler, etc.  My phone number is definitely on the No Call List, and what they are doing is illegal.
