Its a collection agency for Conn electronics. I called the number back finally and someone snatched up the phone and said "hello Raymond." I said "no, not Raymond you have the wrong number." I guess whover had my number before owes some money. They should just leave a message. Dumbasses
Calls everyday several times a day with last 4 digits changing. A lookup of the number says it's from Conn's Homeplus. I have never had any business dealings with this company. I've certainly don't owe them any money. Calls several times a day from 469-342-0288, 469-342-0251, 469-342-0252, 469-342-0253, 469-342-0282, 469-342-0310, 214-377-1278, 214-377-1272. They left a message with a call back number, and I called back and left a message they had a wrong number and not to call again. I sent Conn's customer service an email telling them to cease and desist, and in response got an auto-reply wanting me to create a profile on their customer service site (like I am going to fill out anymore more info for them - oh please). I have now filed an FTC complaint.

Oh conns, harassing me over 45 dollars. I've gotten 20 plus calls in one day. And tonight, crossed the line by calling me at 10:40 pm. that leaves? really?
