Who called from 2143817345

I am not in Dallas so don't know who this is.

Asking about company

No message left. Called at midday. Return call gets "this is not a working number" recording.

Update to earlier post:  (214) 381-7345 is the number for an office the INS / Homeland Security.  My friend works there but had never called me from work before.  

Dialing that number, it gets scrambled, perhaps to a pool of unassigned numbers, thus generating  the "this is not a working number" recording.

Today I got a call from the same number. When I took the phone, it got disconnected.
